Email and automation

Email marketing and automation

We help you turn more enquiries into customers and more customers into repeat buyers. We automate repetitive steps so you miss fewer opportunities and your team saves time.

Emails go out exactly when a customer takes an action, and the whole path from first enquiry to order is visible in one place.

When it is time for email marketing and automation

  1. Enquiries get lost

One enquiry arrives by email, another through the form, a third by phone, and some of them never get a reply.

  2. The same manual steps every day

Someone copies data across, sends the same emails and chases the same reminders.

  3. Customer data sits in several systems and a spreadsheet

Nobody can quickly say where a customer came from and what they bought.

How automation keeps enquiries and customers from slipping away

We start from the customer's path: where the enquiry comes from, who should reply and what happens after the first order. The steps that repeat every time move to a system, while the decisions stay with people.

Emails are sent as series tied to an action: an enquiry sent, a first order, a long time without a purchase. Enquiries are ranked by how close the person is to a decision, so those who are ready to buy get a reply first.

Customer data is brought together in one place, and we check that the tracking is accurate, because a decision made on wrong numbers is an expensive one. For an online store the repeat order often matters most, while for a B2B company it is a fast reply to the enquiry.

What the work can include

The scope is set in the proposal, based on where enquiries and customers are being lost today.

  • A customer system

One place for customer data, connected to the other software the company uses.

  • Automated email series

Emails that go out after a specific customer action, without anyone sending them by hand.

  • Enquiry ranking

An assessment of which enquiries are closer to a purchase, so they get a reply first.

  • Mapping the customer path

The steps from first contact to repeat order, arranged so that each one leads to the next.

  • Tracking setup

Recording the actions that matter to the business: enquiries, orders, sign-ups.

  • A dashboard with the key numbers

The numbers you base decisions on, gathered in one place.

  • Which channel brings what share of orders

A model that estimates how much credit for an order goes to each channel the customer passed through.

  • Testing variants

A setup in which two versions of an email or page run against each other.

  • Data checks

Checking that the numbers are accurate and complete before decisions are made on them.

How you can tell the system is working

  • Time to reply to an enquiry

How much time passes between an enquiry being sent and the company's first reply.

  • Repeat orders

How many customers order again after their first purchase.

  • Cost per order

What one order costs by channel, including orders that came from email.

What we do not promise

  • A payback period for the system

We do not promise a period within which the automation will return the investment made in it.

  • A set amount of work saved

We do not promise how much of your people's work the system will take over.

Where automation fits in the way we work

How the price is set

The price of email marketing and automation depends on your business and on which steps it makes sense to move to a system. We set it after an online meeting, instead of offering you automation for things you do not need.

Questions about email marketing and automation

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Not necessarily. First we map what you use today and where data gets lost, and only then do we judge whether anything needs to change.

Is automation a one-time project?

It can be a one-time project or ongoing work. We decide for your case after the meeting, depending on whether the system only needs to be built or also developed further afterwards.

Can the automation proposal be in writing?

Yes, if you ask for it: we send it in writing after the online meeting.

How does the meeting work?

Online. We talk about the business goal and the software and spreadsheets you work with today.

Articles about automation and data

  • AI chat assistants on your website, Messenger or WhatsApp: when do they help enquiries, and when do they hurt?

An AI chatbot helps when it answers repeat questions, collects the details of an enquiry, books appointments and works out of hours. It hurts when it hides the human, gives wrong answers or collects data with no clear purpose. Connect it to your enquiry process and CRM, measure the share of conversations that become enquiries, handovers to a person and response time, and bear in mind that from 2 August 2026 the AI Act requires chatbots to say they are AI, unless that is obvious from the context.

  • How do you build marketing automation, and what should you automate first?

Marketing automation is built in order: map the customer's path first, bring the data together in one place, and only then choose software. Start with the steps where delay costs customers, such as replying to a new enquiry. Setting up your email domain is part of the system too, because Gmail and Microsoft require bulk senders to authenticate.

  • Why do your company's emails land in spam, and how do SPF, DKIM and DMARC fix it?

SPF, DKIM and DMARC are three DNS records that prove to mailbox providers that your emails really come from your company. Gmail and Microsoft require all three from senders of around 5,000 or more emails a day, and Gmail also watches spam complaint rates and easy unsubscribing. Set them up step by step, start DMARC at p=none and read the reports before you tighten the policy.

  • How do you advertise and measure without relying on third-party cookies?

Third-party cookies are becoming less reliable because of consent rules, browsers and people who decline tracking, even though Chrome is not removing them. A company can advertise and measure steadily by relying on its own data: enquiries, orders and an email list of people who signed up themselves. Add clearly requested consent, contextual advertising and tracking tied to real sales.
