Paid advertising

Paid advertising management

We manage your advertising on search engines and social media so your budget works for sales. We help you pay less for each enquiry and grow the revenue your ads bring in.

The ad accounts stay in your name, and every month you see what was spent, what it brought in and what we have stopped.

When it is time to take another look at your advertising

  1. You pay without knowing what the ads bring

The budget is spent every month, but you cannot say how many enquiries or sales come from it.

  2. The reports are about clicks and impressions

You get charts of clicks and impressions, not what one enquiry or one order costs.

  3. The ads are running, but the site or tracking is not working

People click, but the form does not send or enquiries are not recorded, and nobody notices in time.

How we decide where the advertising budget goes

First, we check whether the site accepts enquiries and whether tracking records them. Ads that point to a broken form, or that run without tracking, spend money without showing anything. That is why the check happens before the first paid visit.

Then the advertising starts in the channels that match the goal: search engines, social media, video, or showing ads again to people who have already visited the site. Every channel is compared by the same measure: the cost per enquiry or per order, as recorded by the site's own tracking and not only by the advertising platforms' reports.

The budget moves to the channels where the cost per enquiry is acceptable for your business. The monthly report starts with revenue and cost, followed by what we are stopping and why.

What the advertising work can include

Which of these your business needs is decided in the proposal.

  • Search advertising

Ads shown to people who are searching for your product or service right now, including product ads for online stores.

  • Social media advertising

Ads shown to people selected by interests, profession or behaviour, including on professional networks.

  • Video advertising

Short video ads on video platforms and social media.

  • Programmatic and local advertising

Automated buying of ad space across networks of sites, as well as ads shown to people in a specific area.

  • Remarketing

Ads for people who have visited the site but have not sent an enquiry or placed an order.

  • Tracking setup

Recording enquiries and orders so you know which channel they come from.

  • Testing variants

Two or more versions of an ad run against each other to see which one brings more enquiries.

  • Budget allocation

Moving money between campaigns and channels based on the cost per enquiry.

  • Monitoring competitor ads

What the companies competing with you for the same customers are showing.

  • Landing page recommendations

What to change on the page the ad leads to.

The numbers decisions are based on

Clicks and impressions help fine-tune the ads, but decisions about what continues are made on these measures.

  • Cost per enquiry

The spend for one enquiry, compared across channels, so it is clear which one deserves the budget.

  • Cost per order

What one order costs when the ads lead to an online store.

  • Revenue against ad spend

How much revenue is recorded from the advertising compared with the money spent on it (ROAS).

What we do not promise

  • A number of enquiries

We do not promise a set number of enquiries or sales from advertising.

  • A fixed cost per enquiry

The cost per enquiry depends on the market, the competition and the offer itself, so we do not promise it in advance.

Where advertising fits in the way we work

The price of advertising management

The price depends on the business and on what the advertising needs to achieve, and it is set after an online meeting. That way the proposal covers only the work you really need.

Questions about paid advertising

Whose name are the advertising accounts in?

Always in your company's name, with admin rights for you. The same applies to the analytics accounts, see more.

Can advertising management be a one-time project?

Yes, but advertising is usually ongoing work, because the decision about which campaigns to stop is made every month. We choose the right option for you together after the meeting.

Do you send the advertising proposal in writing?

Yes, when you ask for it. After the meeting you receive a written proposal for managing your advertising.

How does the meeting work?

Online. We start from the business goal and from what you know today about any advertising you have already run.

  • ChatGPT ads setup: how to launch your first campaign in Ads Manager

ChatGPT ads are set up in Ads Manager at ads.openai.com: a business account, verification and a payment card, then a campaign, ad groups and ads. Some settings, such as country, currency, time zone and campaign objective, cannot be changed later. Before launch, check that your site lets the OAI-AdsBot crawler in and that the pixel or Conversions API records each enquiry exactly once.

  • ChatGPT ads: what European businesses can use now and whether it is worth a test

Since 24 August 2026 ChatGPT has shown ads in 31 European markets, and since 31 August businesses can run them themselves through a beta of Ads Manager. The ads are seen by adults on the Free and Go plans, and in Europe you should plan mainly on country-level targeting. The channel is new and the terms may change, so test it with a small budget, a clear goal and stop criteria agreed in advance.

  • Advertising healthcare, finance and other regulated services: how to get past the review

In healthcare, pharma, finance and insurance, advertising platforms add their own rules: certification, advertiser verification, restricted targeting and required information on the landing page. Rejected ads often come down to a missed step rather than the message itself. Plan the checks, the sign-off and the approval time before the campaign, and take legal questions to a lawyer.

  • AI Max in Google Ads: what changes for Dynamic Search Ads and how to keep control

From September 2026 Google will automatically move campaigns that use auto-created assets or campaign-level broad match to AI Max. New Dynamic Search Ads campaigns can be created again until January 2027, and the automatic upgrade of the remaining ones starts in February 2027. Before the change, review your exclusions, negative keywords, conversion data and ad copy so that you make the decisions, not just the system.

  • Which metrics show whether paid advertising brings in money, not just clicks?

Clicks and CPC tell you what attention costs, not whether advertising brings in money. That is what cost per enquiry or order (CPA), revenue against ad spend (ROAS) and the share of visitors who send an enquiry show. The more Google Ads automates campaigns, the more it matters that the platform gets accurate conversion data, because that is exactly what it optimises for.
