SEO services

We help your business show up in search engines when customers look for exactly what you offer. That way you attract enquiries without paying for every click.

Every month we report how many enquiries come from unpaid search.

When SEO should be on the agenda

  1. People search for what you offer and find other companies

They type your exact service or product into the search engine, but it is your competitors who show up where people look.

  2. The site ranks for searches that do not lead to a purchase

Visits from search are coming in, but from people looking for something else, who leave without getting in touch.

  3. Technical problems nobody has written down

Slow pages, the same content on several addresses or pages the search engine cannot see sit there with no list and no one responsible for them.

How search work turns into enquiries

SEO, or search engine optimisation, is the work of preparing a site to appear higher in the unpaid search results. We start with searches that carry commercial intent: the words people type when they already want to buy or ask for a price, not just read about a topic.

The technical groundwork is part of the site and tracking check that comes before everything else. Pages the search engine cannot crawl, slow loading and a confusing structure are fixed first, because otherwise new content has nothing to stand on.

Next, we organise the pages and write copy that answers the chosen searches, so the path from the search result to the enquiry form stays short. We work with the words your customers actually type in Bulgarian, not with translations from English.

What the work can include

The scope for your business is set out in the proposal. The work can include the following.

  • Technical site review

We find what stops the search engine from crawling, reading and showing your pages.

  • Search research

We gather the words your customers search with and separate out the ones that signal an intent to buy.

  • Page and structure optimisation

Titles, copy and links between pages, arranged so that every page answers one clear search.

  • Content based on real searches

New pages and copy for the questions people ask before they buy.

  • Page speed and stability

Work on loading, so pages do not shift around while they open.

  • Structured data

A description of your content in code that search engines read directly.

  • Visibility in local searches

Work on the searches where people add a city or area.

  • Links from other sites

A plan for where and how other sites should link to yours.

  • Content for AI answers

Copy organised so that systems which answer questions can understand it more easily and cite it as a source.

  • Search competitor analysis

Which companies appear for your searches, and with which pages.

How you can tell whether SEO work is paying off

A ranking position is not a goal in itself, so we report on two things.

  • Enquiries from unpaid search

How many enquiries come from people who found the site in the unpaid results, month by month.

  • Visibility for searches with commercial intent

How often the site appears for the searches that signal an intent to buy, rather than for every keyword there is.

What we do not promise

  • A ranking position

Rankings are decided by the search engine, so we do not promise first place or a particular page of results.

  • A date for the first results

We do not promise a date by which the first enquiries from search will arrive.

Where SEO fits in the way we work

How the price of SEO work is set

SEO work does not cost the same for everyone: the price depends on your business, and we set it after an online meeting. That way the proposal includes only the search work you actually need.

Questions about SEO

Does SEO replace paid advertising?

No. Advertising brings visits for as long as you pay for them, while enquiries from unpaid search build up more slowly. That is why we decide which channel should run when, based on the business goal. You can read more about advertising on the Paid advertising page.

Can SEO be a one-time project?

Yes. SEO can be a one-time project or ongoing work every month. We discuss at the meeting which one makes sense for your site.

Can I get the proposal in writing?

Yes. On request, the proposal for the SEO work follows the meeting in writing.

How does the meeting work?

Online, and we discuss the business goal and the searches you want customers to find you through.

Articles about SEO and search

  • Website redesign or migration: how do you keep your rankings and your enquiries?

Rankings are lost to missing URLs, not to a new design. Record your current URLs, traffic and enquiries per page before anything changes, then build a one to one redirect map with permanent server-side redirects. Google advises keeping redirects for at least a year and warns against sending many old URLs to the new home page.

  • What to do after a Google core update if your traffic drops

A core update is a broad change to Google's ranking systems, not a penalty aimed at a particular site. Once the update has finished, wait at least a week, compare periods by page and query type, and separate the drop from seasonality and technical problems. Recovery comes from helpful first-hand content, not from rushed changes made in a panic.

  • AI search optimisation: how to get your site cited in AI Overviews and AI Mode

AI Overviews and AI Mode do not require llms.txt, special markup or content rewritten for AI: Google says these features rely on the same ranking systems as ordinary search. What helps is original first-hand content, clear answers, a site Google can crawl and index, and an up-to-date Google Business Profile and Merchant Center. The good news is that this work also pays off in the classic results.
