Social media

Social media management

We manage your business profiles so they attract new customers, not just likes. We help you reach the right people and turn their interest into enquiries.

We judge content by how many people go on to send an enquiry.

When social media takes more than it gives back

  1. Time and money, but no enquiries

Posts go out regularly and you pay for visuals and copy, but no enquiries come from social media.

  2. Success is reported in likes and followers

The follower count grows, but nobody can say whether it has led to even one new customer.

  3. Content and advertising are planned separately

The posts say one thing, the ads say another, and people who see both are not sure what exactly you offer.

How content leads to an enquiry

Every post is given a job before it is created: to make your business recognisable, to show that you know your field, or to bring someone to the site, to a message or to an enquiry.

The plan starts from the business goal and from the questions your customers ask before they buy. Networks are chosen by where those people are, not by which network is fashionable at the moment. Content and advertising are planned together, so posts and ads tell the same people the same story.

The result is measured by the visits and enquiries that come from social media. Reactions and comments show whether content reaches people and interests them, but the decision on what continues is based on what it brings in. When you need one plan across all channels, the work starts with integrated digital marketing.

What the work can include

We decide which of these you need based on your business goal and set them out in the proposal.

  • Content plan and calendar

What gets published, with what job and at what moment.

  • Social media account management

Publishing on and maintaining the business accounts on the networks where your customers are.

  • Copy in Bulgarian and English

Copy for posts and ads in both languages.

  • Visual content

Visuals for posts, made for the specific network and job.

  • Community management

Replies to comments and ongoing conversation with the people who follow your business.

  • Influencer campaigns

Coordinating joint work with people who have an audience in your field.

  • Blog articles

Articles for the site that can also be used on social media.

  • Changes based on what content brings in

Posts that do not lead to visits and enquiries are changed or stopped.

What we measure on social media

Reactions are an additional signal. There are two main measures.

  • Visits from social media

How many people get from posts and profiles to your site.

  • Enquiries from social media

How many of those people send an enquiry or message you to ask about a product or service.

What we do not promise

  • Follower numbers and reach

We do not promise a set number of followers, reactions or people who will see the posts.

  • Going viral

We do not promise a post that will spread on its own.

Where social media fits in the way we work

How the price is set

The price for social media depends on your business and on what the content needs to achieve. We confirm it after an online meeting, so the proposal contains no networks or posts your business will not benefit from.

Questions about social media management

Does a business need to be on every social network?

No. The choice depends on where your customers are. It is more useful to keep a few networks well looked after than to have many where nobody replies.

Do you take on one-time social media projects?

Yes, both a one-time project and ongoing work are possible. Social media more often calls for ongoing work, because content is published and evaluated all the time.

Will I receive the proposal in writing too?

Yes, if you would like. After the online meeting we also send the social media proposal in writing.

How does the meeting work?

We hold it online. We discuss what the business needs to achieve, who the people you want to reach are, and what you publish today.

Articles about content

  • How do you build a video content strategy without a large budget?

A video content strategy starts with what video needs to change for the business, not with the format or channel. Every video has one job: to introduce the company, to answer questions before a purchase or to remove the last hesitation. A clear idea, good sound and consistency matter more than expensive production. If you use AI for realistic images or footage, deepfake content has to be labelled from 2 August 2026.

  • AI creative in Facebook and Instagram ads: how do you use it without putting the brand at risk?

At Cannes Lions 2026 Meta announced Brand memory, which Meta says will learn a brand's style from its existing ads, along with more generated text and more languages. AI speeds up variants, copy and formats, but brand risk remains in consistency, claims and realistic images of people. Work with written brand guidelines, human approval and testing, and plan for the AI Act duty to label realistic synthetic content from 2 August 2026.
